So on that box I went into Kodi and downloaded a program addon called Backup. I used it to backup my Kodi 16.1 setup onto USB stick. I then went to my freshly installed Kodi 17.3 on my new Android TV box (this will work on all Kodi installs regardless of OS) and again downloaded the program addon called Backup.
